Can I use Sportily outside the UK?
Yes, absolutely! Sportily is 100% cloud-based and accessible worldwide. Leagues in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and across the globe use Sportily to schedule fixtures, run live game tracking, and publish official websites with zero geographic limitations.
How do online payments work in our local currency?
Through our direct Stripe integration, you can accept player registration and membership fees in over 135 currencies (including USD, CAD, EUR, AUD, and GBP). Funds deposit directly into your organization's domestic bank account with support for Apple Pay, Google Pay, and international cards.
Does Sportily support our hockey federation's rules?
Sportily was purpose-built for hockey (ice hockey, inline puck hockey, skater hockey, and ball hockey). You can customize period counts (halves, 3 periods, or quarters), period lengths, penalty classifications, and standings points (including international IIHF 3-point regulation formats and tiebreakers).
Are fixed-priced annual plans available?
Yes! In addition to flexible per-member pricing, we offer fixed-priced annual plans for larger leagues, tournament series, and national governing bodies who prefer predictable flat-rate billing. Contact us at hello@sporti.ly for a custom quote.
How do parental consent and "No Photography" privacy markers work?
Sportily has youth safeguarding and privacy protection built right into member registration. During signup, parents complete digital consent and media permission forms. If a parent opts out of photography or streaming, Sportily automatically displays a prominent "No Photography" marker next to that player's name across match sheets, referee lineups, and team rosters—giving tournament directors, photographers, and stream operators clear, real-time safeguarding guidance.
Can I use my own custom domain name for our website?
Yes, absolutely! While every league receives a free Sportily web address (e.g. yourleague.sporti.ly), you can easily connect your own custom domain (e.g. www.yourleague.com, bipha.co.uk, or ukihf.co.uk) with automated SSL encryption at no extra charge. Your players, teams, and fans see only your official branding with zero ads.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
When you register your league, you get instant, unrestricted access to all features—including live game scoring, automated player stats, and your custom public league website. No credit card is required to begin.
